Virtual Physical Therapy by Hinge Health®

Hinge Health® offers safe, non-invasive tools for pain management and relief including:

  • A personalized care plan
  • Video visits with Physical Therapists
  • Guided exercise
  • Enso®: An FSA-cleared, non-addictive, non-invasive pain relief device
  • Movement-based menopause care
  • Migraine care (coming August 2026)


Teladoc Health Programs

Teladoc Health offers programs for diabetes, hypertension, weight management, diabetes prevention, and more ‐ all available at no additional cost to eligible participants.
