For members who are pregnant or looking to become pregnant, we have an AZ Blue maternity site (Maternity | AZ Blue) as well as the Bump to Baby Program in Sharecare where you can earn up to $150 in Visa gift cards for preventive care, education and other health-related activities during and after pregnancy. On-Site Biometric Screenings (Non-Fasting)
This is a short clinical assessment that measures key indicators such as blood pressure, cholesterol, blood glucose, height, weight and BMI. It involves a blood stick and is used to identify early risk factors for conditions like heart disease and diabetes. The main purpose is early awareness and can encourage appropriate follow-up with your primary care physician. Please see details below to book your appointment!

On-Site Skin Cancer Screenings Provided by Specialists in Dermatology
We’re partnering with Specialists in Dermatology, an in-network provider with AZ Blue, to offer no-cost full-body skin cancer screenings. Take advantage of this convenient opportunity to have your skin checked by a dermatology professional!
Date: Tuesday, October 27 from 8:00AM–4:00PM
Location: El Rio Neighborhood Center, A106 Meeting Room
Eligibility: Open to all employees, regardless of enrollment in the City’s medical plan, but please bring your medical insurance ID card with you.
What to Expect:
This appointment is a skin cancer screening only. No biopsies or other procedures will be performed during the screening. If an area of concern is identified, you may be referred to Specialists in Dermatology for a separate follow-up appointment to further discuss.
For a full-body skin cancer screening, patients should expect to undress to their comfort level. Patients may remain in their undergarments and will be provided a gown for the screening. Before your screening begins, you will also be asked to review & sign a patient consent form provided by Specialists in Dermatology.
Please Note: While the initial on-site screening is provided at no cost, any follow-up appointments, biopsies, procedures, or other services will be subject to your medical plan benefits. Depending on your plan, applicable copays, deductibles, and/or coinsurance may apply.
We have teamed up with BEXA to give our employees a chance to get an accurate and comfortable Breast Exam at NO COST!

Eligibility: All City of Tucson employees ages 30+ enrolled in the AZ Blue Medical Plan are eligible for one BEXA Breast Exam per fiscal year at NO COST. Please have your AZ Blue insurance card on hand when registering for your appointment. A BEXA Breast Exam qualifies for a $50 incentive through Sharecare. Incentives are only available to the primary subscriber.

On-Site Cardiovascular Health Screenings Provided by Vital Health Screenings
Cardiovascular disease can develop without obvious warning signs, which is why early detection is so important. We’re partnering with Vital Health Screenings to offer on-site ultrasound screenings that can help identify potential risk for Stroke, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) & Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD). These screenings look for concerns such as plaque buildup or narrowing in the carotid arteries, enlargement of the abdominal aorta, and reduced blood flow in the arms & legs, all conditions that may not cause noticeable symptoms until they become more serious. Early detection could make a difference. Take a few minutes to check your cardiovascular health!
