Step It Up Challenge: September 1 – September 30 through Sharecare

Goal: All movement matters! Track your steps/activity for 21 days! 

  • Challenge yourself to increase your activity each day throughout the month.
  • Track your steps using the Steps Tracker or use the Activity Tracker to log different workouts & everyday movement.
  • Activities like gardening, swimming & mowing the lawn count, too!
  • Complete the challenge for a chance to win a gift card!
