Screenings include:
- Stroke: Ultrasound of Neck Arteries
- Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm: Abdominal Ultrasound
These Screening tests are for adults ages 35 & older, or younger adults with at least one of the following risk factors associated with cardiovascular disease: high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, smoking, atrial fibrillation aging, family history, obesity, previous smoker.
No out-of-pocket cost for all active Benefit-Eligible City employees
