Open Enrollment 2025 is just around the corner and we're here to help you prepare!

Between May 1 and May 30 at 5 pm, all employees and retirees who want to continue or enroll in medical coverage starting July 1, 2025 must enroll and elect medical coverage. Failure to do so will result in loss of medical coverage starting July 1*.

* For employees only, includes: Medical, HSA personal contributions, FSA contributions and Medical Opt-Out incentive. 
Dental, Vision, Life, Long Term Disability, EAP, Colonial and Life insurance Beneficiaries will remain the same unless you update them.

Follow these 4 STEPS:

1. Attend an Open Enrollment info meetings (click here for Schedule).
2. Review this year's information
3. Complete your Workday Open Enrollment event by 5 pm AZ time on May 30 (click here for Workday Instructions).
4. Review / print your enrollment summary after you submit your Workday open enrollment event and before you close it.
